Only imported flowers are used in our bouquets. If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same monetary value and in a similar style and colour. If you have specific requirements for your bouquet, please call us to let us know.

Before 5pm for Kowloon & New Territories areas
Cut-off time for placing order: 12th February
*If the order is confirmed after 12th February, the delivery time will be subjected to availability. Our Customer Service team will contact you for further notice.For the delivery date other than 13th & 14th February, please refer to the Cut-off time for placing order for delivery as follows:
Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):
Order before 12 noon; earliest delivery next day AM (10-2).
Order before 6 pm; earliest delivery next day PM (2-7).
Order after 6 pm; orders will be handled on the next day so the earliest delivery will be scheduled on the day after.Sundays and Public Holidays:
Orders will be handled on the next working day.
Therefore, if you place an order on Sunday, the earliest delivery time will be Tuesday AM (10-2).If a specific delivery time is required please contact us after your order is placed. We will try our best to fulfill while it depends on the traffic of the day.

Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order or any promise concerning your order.
