Only imported flowers are used in our bouquets.If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same monetary value and in a similar style and colour. If you have specific requirements for your bouquet, please call us to let us know.
Delivery Note
Our door-to-door delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday (excluding Chinese New Year holiday)
Delivery time can be scheduled for AM (10-2) or PM (2-7) sections
Cut-off time for placing order for delivery as following:
Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):
Order before 12 noon; earliest delivery next day AM (10-2).
Order before 6 pm; earliest delivery next day PM (2-7).
Order after 6pm; orders will be handled on next day so earliest delivery will be scheduled on the day after.Sundays and Public Holidays:
Orders will be handled on the next working day.
Therefore, if you place an order on Sunday, the earliest delivery time will be Tuesday AM (10-2).If a specific delivery time is required please contact us after your order is placed. We will try our best to fulfill while it depends on the traffic of the day.

Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order.
